The village’s Community Development Authority would own the building – and the Kenosha Area Business Alliance would run it. Both groups promise to spend $2 million each on the facility. The state is kicking in $70,000. And an application is pending for a federal grant of $3.5 million.

Did I miss something? Wasn't this facility originally supposed to be in the old Manutronics building? This is a pretty expensive undertaking during these times of reduced income for Pleasant Prairie, but of course they can always increase our taxes & fees!
