Administrator’s Report

I don't understand why the Village Administrator spends so much time during meetings discussing why he feels the Kenosha News never prints a story correctly. He continues to discuss non-agenda items and takes 15 minutes or more of valuable board time to address why he feels slighted by the Kenosha News. Why doesn't he spend that time addressing the Citizen Comments that have just occurred? Why is it called Administrator's Report when in reality he's just making political comments? Time to focus on the Village issues and quit wasting every one's time with the Village Administrator's rants (as he even stated himself during last week's meeting).
