Village Developments

Couple of recent Kenosha News articles about recent Village Plan Commission and Board meetings discussing residential and industrial developments. Times are tough, ndoubt about that. I do wonder why some industrial work hasn't moved forward with materials being at such low prices and avaialability of labor,...etc. Not all companies are in the same economic situation and would benefit by moving forward at this time. Think about it.

What's your freaking point? Are you now pretending to know the financial details of all companies, everywhere?

If you have an accusation to make, or a delusion to share, spill it. Otherwise, shut it.

Honestly, do you see Black Helicopters at night, too?

Speaking on a personal level.

Why develop anything that you know isn't going to sell? Having the materials and labor being cheaper doesn't make it cheaper. Your taxes and carry costs increase monumentally, and there isn't relief until you sell the product (property).

Apparently, nobody at Village takes the same view as Anonymous because they continue to invest/borrow money to make improvements in land that's not going to be built on (according to anonymous). Abbott just purchased another company for $2.9BM even though half of that was debt. Other pharma companies are buying in this depressed economy. Good thing nobody buys stocks when they are depressed in price because they may not be able to "sell the product (property)" later. Your shortsightedness is part of the reason our economy is what it is.
