- I am currently Property Owner Association President (third three-year term; eight years) for Prairie Trails-West Property Owners Association (PTWPOA). I want to make sure we utilize environmentally sound practices. I want to see the Village government treat all citizens with respect and listen when they bring concerns.

Too much hot air from Village Hall melting all the snow? Don't worry, Village has designed the system to handle all this. Just ask the people who live in Carol Beach.
way off post here folks but can anyone recommend a roofing/chimney repair specialist? when it rains just right I get a drip from my 8 year old chimney chase. I have an email into Dick's Roofing & Repair.

Jeff: We used Dick's this past spring for a significant Chimney leak down inside wall of bedroom. We had temp repairs before that didn't last so this time they removed siding and redid flashing and membrane. So far, do good.

thanks Mike, I wonder if Homeowners Ins covers it if it gets out of hand?

Ours was $430 for removal and replacement. I wouldn't claim unless in thousands.
