we should blow the cd/tornado siren when warranted during these winter blasts to tell everyone to stay off roads unless for an emergency, until some further notice of some type. let the experts take care of things.
maybe another siren for all the jobs that are leaving Pleasant Prairie. Hexion, now Dallas. Wonder who is going to take credit for this? They take credit for new jobs, don't they?
Here's more on job losses and no, they'll never take credit for anything negative (much like one of our famous Polyanna anonymous bloggers): http://www.jsonline.com/business/36385814.html
While I wouldn't say the Village is Pollyanna....I'd be curious to see the net difference in Pleasant Prairie jobs. I'd be willing to bet they are doing better than most.
Anyone not losing jobs in this economy is the exception, rather than the norm.
Could they be more open about some of the negative? Sure. Do they need to be this joker:
Is the Village responsible for the job losses? The more I read this tripe the more I understand your view point is if the Village does something good, they should of done it sooner, or its really bad and not good. Or if the village does something wrong, they're always wrong so whats the surprise.
Now they are responsible for the national economy tanking. Why haven't you blamed them for the CDO's and Madoff, and hotels in India being burned yet. I'm sure there must be some connection.
They clear the streets of snow before anyone else, so lets blame them for lost jobs. You need a real life in another community.
Too much fun... near maximum intensity. Only enhancement could be derived with something that starts with ta and ends with tas. Rosicioli for NEXT TRUSTEE. Maybe he will actually be on our side?
I am currently Property Owner Association President (third three-year term; eight years) for Prairie Trails-West Property Owners Association (PTWPOA). I want to make sure we utilize environmentally sound practices. I want to see the Village government treat all citizens with respect and listen when they bring concerns.

maybe a siren blow says a minimim 4 hours, another sounding means another 4?

The County controls the sirens.
